Booking & Appointments
Scheduling an appointment is simple, visit our booking page, select your desired service, choose an available date and time, pay the diagnostic fee (acts as reservation fee for appointment) and provide your contact details. Our operating hours are Monday through Thursday from 8 AM to 5 PM. Each service appointment typically lasts 2-4 hours, though this may vary depending on the complexity of the issue. Need to reschedule or cancel? Please cancel by reaching out to us directly as soon as you can or sending an email at your earliest convenience.

We charge a consultation/diagnostic fee of $40, as if any questions arise please refer to them in the booking process in the “Brief Description” area.
Payment & Policies
We accept Credit / Debit cards, Google Pay/ Apple Pay, and cash payments for all services. In case an issue cannot be resolved, we offer refunds based on our refund policy.

If your computer won’t turn on, we can diagnose and fix hardware or software-related startup issues. Need to recover lost files? We offer data recovery services, though success depends on the extent of the data corruption.
