• Unresolved Issues: If the service performed did not fully fix the problem or issue, and a rework cannot resolve the matter, we will review the request for a refund.
• Incorrect Charges: If there has been an error in billing, such as overcharging or applying incorrect pricing, we will correct the charge and process a refund if necessary.

2. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

• Software installations where the software has been successfully installed and is functioning.
• Services performed where the issue was determined to be outside of our service scope or unrelated to PC optimization/repair.
• Remote support services where work is completed and assistance is provided.
